Terms and Conditions

Rooms are available from 3pm on day of arrival and rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure

Credit/Debit cards are not currently accepted at Holly House. Cash, cheque with valid bank guarantee card, bankers drafts and sterling travellers cheques are all accepted

A non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking. Please give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Less than 48 Hours notice of cancellation may result in full amount owed being payable

Proprietors have the right to re-let rooms not taken 2 hours after arranged arrival time unless prior notification of late arrival is received

During busy periods, when levels of demand for accommodation is expected to be high, a minimum 2 or 3 night stay may be required, particularly during weekends.

In case of Non-UK guests, a deposit cheque in own currency may be required to secure bookings. This will be returned to guest upon arrival. Payment would then be required in full in Pounds Sterling

Free parking is available for guests during their stay. Cars are parked at owners risk. Car parking spaces must be vacated upon checkout

Breakfast is served between 8 and 9 am. Guests are asked to choose a time for breakfast upon arrival. Please note that the last breakfast sitting is 9am. If allocated breakfast time is missed breakfast will be unavailable after that time. Choice of breakfast times may be limited during busy periods
