Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 9.30am in the relaxed atmosphere of our light and airy Breakfast room, overlooking the garden.
Our breakfast consists of a choice of starters from the cold breakfast buffet, followed by our traditional, full English breakfast, fish dish or a light alternative, using fresh quality, local produce wherever possible.
If you have any special dietary requests, such as vegetarian, vegan, coeliac, etc please advise us at the time of booking.
Choice of Cereals, a selection of Fruit juices, Luxury Greek yoghurt with a selection of toppings, homemade Fresh fruit salad, Prunes, Grapefruit segments, Homemade granola, Seasonal fruit compote, Mixed nuts, Porridge served with fresh cream ( seasonal ).
Our Holly House "Full English" breakfast
Premium quality extra thick cut Smoked or Unsmoked Bacon, locally handmade Sausage in a variety of flavours, Fresh British tomatoes and mushrooms, English black pudding,Traditional Irish white pudding, Baked beans, Hash brown, Lightly fried bread and a choice of Free range egg.
(Please note our breakfast is grilled to order and so may take a short time to prepare. To provide our breakfast as healthily as possible only a fried egg and fried bread are cooked in sunflower oil.)
Scrambled or Poached Egg with or without smoked salmon served with white or wholemeal toast/bread.
Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royale or Eggs Florentine
Black Pudding Stack
Ciabatta topped with cheese and Bacon
Warm baguette wtih bacon and brie
Kippers served with brown or white bread and butter
A choice of Croissants, Waffles, Crumpets, Tea Cakes and Pain au Chocolate.
All our breakfast choices are accompanied with White or Wholemeal toast, butter and preserves
